He is a student and photographer from Serbia. He just turned 20 and has already had photos published by National Geographic magazine and by several photography magazines in Serbia. Alesandro has also had 2 solo exhibitions and 3 group exhibitions. Now he is being Exposed by CMD! All eyes on Alesandro!

{Why and when did you become a photographer?}

In 2006, on my trip to Canada. I have had only compact camera with me, but I managed to make some really good shots with it.  A friend of mine told me that I have “an eye” for photography and that I should continue to work on it.1

{What is your most difficult challenge in the business?}

As photography is just a nice hobby for me, I am not finding anything that difficult. Photography is fun, and it really relaxes me. I love shooting landscapes and nature, as well as portraits. If I had to choose between those 2, which one is more difficult to shoot to, I would go with portraits.

{Where would you like to see your talents take you?}

I am not a professional photographer, I am freelancer and I am not expecting  my talents to take my anywhere, but it would be really nice to travel to Africa or South America to take photos of the stunning landscapes and wildlife, and to later present it to some prominent magazine like National Geographic. So, that would be the perfect scenario, but right now I am studying information systems and technology, therefore not expecting this to come true, but it would be the best thing ever.

{Who or what is your biggest source of inspiration?}

No one in particular. There are thousands of photographers on social networks that I follow and which work I admire and try to learn from, especially from Nature photographers.
I am using only Nikon D5000 with its kit lens, 18-55mm. It is not that much, but it works for now. I am thinking about getting a wide-angle lens, as well as a super-zoom.
